How to Book

  1. Send an enquiry with dates + number of guests
  2. Receive your personalised itinerary & price
  3. Confirm by email
  4. Pay 25% deposit to secure your week
  5. Pay 50% 30 days before arrival
  6. Pay 25% 10 days before arrival
  7. Receive your travel pack
  8. Arrive & enjoy your Experience Week

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation terms as fair as possible.

Refund Schedule

  • 60+ days before arrival: Deposit fully refundable
  • 45-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • 30-14 days before arrival: 25% refund
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund

Date Changes

Date changes are possible with 45+ days notice, subject to availability. A €150 rescheduling fee may apply, depending on season and accommodation.

Substitutions

If a participant cannot attend, substitutions are permitted if:

  • We are notified at least 14 days before arrival
  • The new participant meets programme criteria

Group Size Changes

If a booking is made for multiple guests and fewer guests travel, pricing will be adjusted based on actual group size. This may result in a higher per-person rate due to fixed costs.

Special Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or travel restrictions, we will review the case individually and may offer:

  • Partial refund, or
  • Transfer to a later date

This is not guaranteed but handled with empathy.

Programme Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a programme, you will be offered:

  • 100% refund, or
  • Credit towards a future date, or
  • Alternative programme (if available)

We Are Not Responsible For:

  • Flights
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. We are not liable for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances that are not directly related to our services.
