1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "We/Us/Our" refers to Before by KataBene, operated by Marketing Profesoras S.L.
  • "You/Your" refers to the person making a booking
  • "Experience Week" refers to the accommodation, activities, and services provided during your stay

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Making a Booking

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all participants.

2.2 Payment Terms

All bookings require:

  • 25% deposit at the time of booking
  • 50% payment 30 days before arrival
  • 25% final payment 10 days before arrival

Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

2.3 Prices

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be subject to change until booking is confirmed with deposit payment.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy for full terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and date changes.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

4.2 Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa if required) for entry into Spain. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

4.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. We are not liable for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Behaviour

You agree to behave responsibly and respect the property, accommodation, and other participants. We reserve the right to terminate your participation without refund if your behaviour is disruptive or causes damage.

5. Our Services

5.1 What's Included

Each Experience Week includes specific services as detailed on the programme page. Any additional services or expenses not explicitly mentioned are not included.

5.2 Itinerary Changes

While we strive to deliver the itinerary as planned, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather, availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide suitable alternatives where possible.

5.3 Property Viewings

Property viewings are arranged in partnership with Molino Villas. Participation in viewings does not obligate you to purchase property. Any property purchase is subject to separate terms with Molino Villas.

6. Liability

6.1 Our Liability

We accept responsibility for services we directly provide or arrange through our partners. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your Experience Week.

6.2 Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Loss, delay, or damage caused by third parties not under our control
  • Personal injury or illness unless caused by our negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Before by KataBene and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
